The Hannibal Arts Council takes a special interest in children. It is today's children that will be tomorrow's artists and supporters of the arts. We have developed many programs to help children grow in creativity and self-esteem. From the Wild & Wacky Art Adventure to special programs brought into the schools, you'll find something just right for the child in your life when you take part in one of the many Hannibal Arts Council events.
