Becoming a membership supporter of the Hannibal Arts Council (for the first time, or again) is an important step in helping us retain a community alive with the arts and residents enriched through participation in the arts!  It also provides us with the foundation to continue our steadfast programs and ability to develop and support new and innovative arts programs for children and adults in our community.
