Miles of Art
The economic goal of 50 Miles of Art is to attract artists and artisans to relocate to the Clarksville, Louisiana, and Hannibal areas. Artists relocating these areas have complimented the artists already living there by creating an enhanced arts environment, culture, and community.
Missouri Association of Community Art Agencies
MACAA is a statewide service organization dedicated to strengthening community arts throughout Missouri. Founded in 1979 with the belief that the arts make communities better places to live, MACAA programs are designed to enhance the ability of local leadership to address the distinct artistic and cultural needs of their community.
Hannibal Community Theatre
The Hannibal Community Theatre began as a Community Education Drama Workshop in the fall of 1978 and became incorporated as a not-for-profit corporation in May of 1981. In June of 1989, they received a 501c3 status. Since that time, they have been producing plays, musicals, children’s productions, workshops, and holiday shows for the entertainment of people in the Hannibal area, as well as, providing a much needed outlet for amateur actors, singers, musicians, dancers, and artists in the area.

Missouri Arts Council
The Missouri Arts Council, a state agency and division of the Department of Economic Development, provides grants to nonprofit organizations to encourage and stimulate the growth, development and appreciation of the arts in Missouri. For over 40 years, the Missouri Arts Council (MAC) has provided vital support and leadership to bring the arts to all the people of the state.
Missouri Citizens for the Arts
MCA is a non-partisan grassroots advocacy organization established in 1980 to address public issues affecting the whole of Missouri arts industry on local, state and federal levels. By uniting members of the industry on issues of mutual concern, representing those concerns to elected officials and public agencies whose actions affect the industry, MCA seeks to secure a stable and growing base of public financial support for the arts and to insure access to the arts for all Missourians.
